Daily Maintenance of Dry Mortar Production Line

(1) The equipment staff should carefully carry out daily maintenance and regular maintenance work, so that the equipment is often kept in a good state of cleanliness, cleanliness, lubrication and safety.

(2) The equipment staff shall check, wipe, lubrify, adjust and tighten the equipment point by point and item by item according to the order specified in the instruction manual before using the operation, and wipe, clean and refuel the equipment before leaving work. 

(3) The mechanical power equipment implements the lubrication five fixed (fixed person, fixed point, timing, fixed quality, quantitative) system. The equipment operator should add lubricating oil according to the requirements of the equipment instruction manual and do a good job of equipment lubrication.

(4) Relevant departments and personnel should strengthen the quality inspection and acceptance of lubricating oils and fats, and unqualified lubricating oils and fats are not allowed to be used.
